Refund Policy

Here at (company name ) we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make any reasonable adjustments to the details you provided we will endeavour to change this for free. If we need to change documents there will be an additional fee if the original order has been posted .

Orders may be cancelled and refunded in full before they are shipped. Please note we cannot cancel an order once we hand over to Royal Mail and no refunds will be issued after this point.

Faulty or Damaged Products

All items are thoroughly checked before posting however sometimes situations arise that are out of our control.Should you receive a faulty or damaged product please inform us immediately with details of the issue and photographic evidence. These issues are assessed on a case by case basis.

Rejection by the DVLA or Passport Office

Should a rejection of your documents occur by the UK Passport office or DVLA and the issue is our error and not down to information you failed to provide we will issue a full refund. Evidence of rejection must be provided.
